Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with SiteCMD. If it doesn't work out, here's how refunds work.
30-day refund window
If SiteCMD doesn't fit your workflow, we'll refund your most recent purchase. Email us from the Contact page within 30 days of purchase. We don't make you justify it.
Ongoing subscriptions
You can cancel any active subscription at any time from your LemonSqueezy customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund past ones outside the 30-day window. Your license remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then reverts to the Free tier.
Annual subscriptions
The 30-day refund window applies to annual plans the same as monthly plans. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you keep license access through the end of the term and can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
Failed activations
If a license key fails to activate due to a bug on our side, contact us and we'll refund immediately or help you activate, your choice.
Chargebacks
If you're considering a chargeback, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than your bank can. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in your license being deactivated.
How to request a refund
Email us through the contact form or send a message directly to hello@sitecmd.com from the email address on your purchase. Include the LemonSqueezy order ID if you have it; we can look it up if you don't. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
